ABOUT US
Cardinal Performance Swimming was established in 2020 from a garage in Hampshire during lockdown to do some good for the swimming community. We experimented with the ideas of sports science analysis and education for all swimmers using mainly in person meetings from the garage. Since our humble beginnings, we have expanded and streamlined our processes to achieve our goals of making performance-swimming support accessible to all. In the past 4 years we have supported swimmers to achieve countless National titles and National Records within the UK and abroad. We now find ourselves in 2024 implementing our resources at British Olympic Trials, USA Olympic Trials and a select few swimmers attending the Paris Olympic Games 2024. From a garage to the Olympics…
